Project Associates Master’s Degree in Management (specialization in HR /MHRM/MSW-HR) from a Recognized University with Proficiency in English & Hindi language skills. A higher degree in HR Management would be an added advantage. Freshers can apply
Project Engineers Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Preferably in Mechanical) from the Recognized University with Proficient English/Hindi skills. Freshers can apply

 

NPC 2021 Job Notification: Complete Details

  • Post Name – Project Associates/ Engineers
  • Job Profile – To assist the NPC Team in the execution of Consultancy assignments and organizing training programs (online or offline) in the Human Resource Management division.
  • Number Of Posts – 06 Positions
  • Educational Qualification & Experience
  • For Project Associate: Master’s Degree in Management (specialization in HR /MHRM/MSW-HR) from a recognized university with proficiency in English and Hindi language skills.  A higher degree in HR Management will be an added advantage. Freshers can apply.
  • For Project Engineers: Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Preferably in Mechanical) from the recognized university with proficient English/Hindi skills. Freshers can apply
  • Remuneration – INR 12000 – 15000 per month (all-inclusive). It will be purely based on educational qualification and work experience.
  • Location – Hyderabad
  • Contract Period – Candidates will be engaged purely on a project basis only. However, the period might be extended based on the assignment needs and performance review.
