D) Post-Graduation Studies 
If you're aiming for post-graduate studies, BARC is the top choice. During OCES training phase, the Trainee Scientific Officers who successfully complete the Training Program and whose performance meets a minimum eligibility criterion are allowed to enrol for M. Tech. / M.Phil. In Homi Bhabha National Institute - a Deemed to be University. You're also entitled to a Post-Graduate Diploma of HBNI provided their academic performance meets certain threshold. 

In the case of the Two-year DAE Graduate Fellowship Scheme for Engineering Graduates & Physics Postgraduates (DGFS) the Engineering Graduates & Physics Postgraduates who have excelled in the selection Interviews for the BARC Training Schools programs and who have also independently secured admission for M. Tech. / M. Chem. Engineering in select Institutes and specializations are paid stipends & tuition fees to pursue M. Tech. / M. Chem. Engg. Degree while retaining their employment in DAE.
Once you complete on-year course work at the Institute, DGFS Fellows undertake project work, which is assigned by DAE and supervised jointly by a DAE and an Institute guide. On successful completion of M. Tech. / M. Chem. Engg. DGFS Fellows are posted as Scientific Officers in DAE. The appointment in DAE units will be under Group “A” Gazetted Officer of the Government of India.

BARC Recruitment 
Bhabha Atomic Research Center conducts the exam for the recruitment of Trainee Scientific Officer (OCES/DGFS) known as BARC Exam 2021. The examination is conducted in the month of September after the GATE 2021 examination with multiple shifts.  Once the candidate clears the BARC Exam 2021, the qualified candidate will have to appear for the interview process. The final selection will be purely based on the performance of the interview, subjected to medical fitness. 
The final selected candidates will have to go for one-year training at BARC Training School as OCES/DGFS 2021. After successful completion of one-year course work at the Institute, DGFS Fellows undertake project work, which is assigned by DAE and supervised jointly by a DAE and an Institute guide.
