The difficulty level of the exam was tough when compared to the GATE ECE previous years. The previous year's GATE ECE exam was moderate.
In GATE ECE 2021, the questions were carried for 1 and 2 marks.

GATE 2020 Exam ECE Paper Analysis:
As mentioned above, the GATE ECE 2020 exam was conducted for three hours. There were 65 questions in total (all multiple choice and numerical answer types) carrying a total of 100 marks. Now let us take a look at the highlights of the GATE ECE paper analysis:
The overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate when compared to the GATE ECE previous years. Only a few questions were a bit tough.
In GATE ECE 2020, the questions had 25 NAT questions each carrying 1 and 2 marks.
