The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology is controlled by the government of West Bengal. It was founded back in 2000 in Kolkata, West Bengal. It is a UGC certified university and has a relatively small campus of 40 acres. This is a co-ed university with just under 400 students and 20 faculties.
