Goal:
Goal 1: develop testing and debugging goals;
Goal 2: initiate a testing planning process
Goal 3: Institutionalize basic testing techniques and methods.
Here, in this phase testing is separated from debugging and testing is considered as a phase after the coding phase.
In phase 2 we do some planning but not in the beginning due to some reasons we are planning testing phase after the coding phase.
Many quality related problems have occurred in this phase because we are planning lately i.e, we are planning testing after coding phase there may be chances that occurred defects come from the requirements and specification phases.
In this phase we don't have any review programs.
