Definition
The system whose elements are bounded to give desired output is called control system.
Examples: Fan, AC and Refrigerator, etc.
The above diagram shows the very basic idea of control system as when we give controlled input we also get the controlled output.
Classification of Control System
Control System has been classified into two categories :-
Open Loop Control System
Closed Loop Control System
In the above figure we can see that in the open loop control system there is no loop but in Closed loop control system the feedback element is present and that thing actually forms a closed loop.
Here we give input at one end and after passing through the transfer function we will get output at the other end with a sensor as a feedback element.
